Placing an order is simple - Just follow the Three steps below:

1.Decide on the Rusch guitar model or Your custom concept & send a detailed message including all desired specification - in the form on this page.You will receive a quote back within 24-48 hours. 2.When you're ready to place an order, Rusch Guitars will confirm the lead time and deposit amount.( A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure a build time - frame). Rusch Guitars also offers a 12 month payment plan at zero interest.

3.Send the deposit in the form of Paypal.

The design process -

Every custom Rusch guitar is fully realized between The Customer and Rusch guitars before begining work, that means all specifications are outlined 100% & rough sketches are approved.

Pricing -

Pricing is based on the customers' selection of type of wood, hardware & appointments. Generally, the more intricate the design the higher the price.Things like extra bindings, inlays, electronics, custom features will increase the price.

Sketch / Drawings

If a sketch is required in the quoting phase, $100 sketch deposit would be needed. Upon ordering, the $100 sketch charge would be subtracted from the Guitar total. If it is decided that there will not be an order, the $100 is non-refundable. 1 Sketch fee per unique design.

 Every guitar from Rusch Guitars includes (1) free estimate & (1) spec sheet. 1:1 full scale sketches are $100 - that $100 would be applied to your order & non-refunadable if the order isn't placed.

Additional shop time "on the fly design work", repair work, modifcations, etc.  $50 / hr. 

  All instruments are hand built & custom crafted one at a time and there is no return policy. If there are any defects upon arrival of the new guitar, Rusch guitars needs to be notified immedetely with the issue. If there is any credit to be issued, discounts offered by Rusch Guitars, shipping or difference credits, a check shall be issued 90 days from determination.

  Lifetime Warranty work must be pre-qualified and pre-approved - the instrument with be shipped back after such work is complete.
